Morning Walk Around the Grounds of Breakers

Stephen was wandering around the grounds this morning with his camera capturing the plants awakening to the morning dew. Some lovely colours in the garden at the moment and amazing how cool the flowers look up close and personal…..

Jan and Stephen run Breakers Boutique Accommodation on the Great Coast Road north of Greymouth. With 2 acres of native bush and landscaped gardens the grounds are lovely to sit and relax in and there is plenty of outdoor seating to make the most of the great sea views.

WOW !!! Awesome colours, amazing what you actually miss when you go about your daily life ….. like the old says …….. “Wake up and smell the roses”. Maybe we should all just slow down once in a while and really take a good look at what Mother Nature provides for our enjoyment …….. and the best part about is that it’s FREE !!!!

That is so true – all right there in front of us we just have to open our eyes. Having a photographer in the family certainly helps – makes me appreciate more of the little things.
