Great Coast Road’s Treetop Walkway

We are so blessed here on the West Coast to have so much native bush and so many wonderful walking tracks.

You can get up close and personal with the native species – our very own treetop walkway and best of all it is free.

The “Breakers” family took a lovely walk up the 10 mile valley this afternoon – a nice way to finish our New Year’s Eve day. Beautiful weather, stunning scenery and of course the best company ever – husband and dogs! Doesn’t get much better than that.

“Ngā mihi o te Tau Hou ki a koutou katoa” this just sounds wonderful to try and say… and I’m sure I got it perfectly… and just to return it to you in my language “Ek wens julle almal ‘n baie voorspoedige Nuwe Jaar”… may yours be a great one and don’t forget to let us know if it is good so we have time to cancel ours if it is not…

ooh Rob – yours sounds a little harder to pronounce! Quiet New Year for us – busy with the tourist season so in bed rather early. Bit of rain overnight but currently looking nice and we had lovely guests so I think at this stage you are save to continue with New Year 🙂
