That moss-covered rock underpass looks great. In fact, it just looks like a beautiful spot. I run out of new things to write when all your posts are of gorgeous places! Lots of fun and relaxation time for spotty beast and owners. 🙂

  3. So, does it make going to work easier, or harder? 🙂 –Curt

This looks like a great spot. How far from the river mouth is the swimming hole? If the tide were low enough, would it be feasible to walk from the swimming hole to the Motukiekie stacks and back again? Love your blog…

Hi Steve – first up Thanks! 🙂 10 mile has lots of swimming holes and they change all the time depending on the power of the surf over the months. Sometimes the swimming hole is right at the river mouth. Can definitely walk from the river mouth to the Motukeikei stacks and back – just have to get your tides right.
