Motukeikei Beach, Great Coast Road

hole in the rock on motukeikei beach

As I walk along the beach, I look up, what do I see

rabbit rocks on motukeikei beach

do my eyes deceive me, is that a rabbit or are there three

star fish in the rock pools motukeikei rocks great coast road

The stars they illuminate, they brighten my way

like beacons of sunshine on an otherwise moody day

The hole in the rock looms large in all her glory

I’m sure if we stop, look and listen she could share quite the story

For now I’ll just wander, and enjoy the sandy shore

for it won’t be long before sunset and daylight will close her door

The starfish shots are amazing. Beautiful shots as usual, but I particularly love the rocky surfaces, atmosphere and angles on these beach ones. 🙂
